Nam’s advice through email and phone calls was efficient and to the point, giving us clear information and direction on actions to be taken. THE STORY
The Ascot story started in 2019 when husband and wife team, Nam and Hannah Chau founded Ascot Mortgage. Since then Nam went on to help hundreds of clients achieve their home buying goals, and also won a few awards along the way.
Throughout the years, Ascot Property came about to help first home buyers and investors get into the new property market. This service allows clients to compare options that best suit their needs.
Fast tracked to 2024, Andy Lusi has joined the Ascot team and through over a decade of experience in the real estate industry, has collaborated with Nam, Hannah and the team to form Ascot Investment Management. Leading from the front, Andy brings a wealth of knowledge and specialised expertise in rental management and advocacy to the team, and to our clients.
This is only the beginning of our journey as we aim to bring specialised services to our clients. We thank our clients and professional partners throughout the years, and their trust in us in serving the community.
